I highly recommend Jeff Hall as an inspector. He always arrives at the time he said he would, his knowledge of working systems is excellent and he will take time to fully explain his findings to the buyer(s) in terms that are easily understood so that the buyer knows exactly what the problem is and how it should be addressed. He is professional, informed, his reports are concise and the photos provided are very explanatory, which is especially important for out of town sellers and buyers to have a working knowledge of the property.

Benefiting Your Clients

Your clients want a thorough inspection and you can be sure that is what they will get. I only do one inspection per day and my average time on site is 5 hours. This should not scare you but make you feel confidant that you made a great referral to your client. 

The best thing I can do for you is to walk you and your client through the home at the end of the inspection. This way you both can know what to expect on the report, what is normal wear and tear, and what if anything needs to be looked at further.  By explaining the items that will be on the report, the buyer can understand what is significant and what is not, and then move forward with the deal.
